Tansen Sangeet, the Best Music and Dance School in India, began its musical legacy in 1972 as the nation’s first dedicated school of performing arts. For over five decades, it has provided aspiring artists with a platform to learn a wide range of performing arts—music, dance, and more. all under one roof.

Beyond providing high-quality training in best music and dance school Tansen Sangeet Mahavidyalaya, the institution is deeply committed to a social mission — making performing arts accessible to people across the nation.
Founded in memory of the late Sh. M. L. Verma, the academy continues to grow under the guidance of his sons: Madan Lal Verma, L. S. Verma, S. K. Verma, and K. G. Verma. While the elder two have established their own enterprises, the younger two—along with their spouses—are actively involved in managing and expanding the institution’s vision.
They are ably supported by a dedicated team including Mr. Ravi Kumar Verma, Mr. D. K. Verma, Mr. V. K. Verma, and Mr. Puneet Verma, who help steer Tansen Sangeet Mahavidyalaya as a dynamic and inclusive platform for learning music and dance.
